Thank you to the OEF and Kinawa Parent Group for supporting our 5th grade Kinawa School Academic Extension rocketry grant. The money contributed allowed 5th graders to study rocket flight and the history of space travel and model rocketry with solid fuel engines, build and fly their own model rockets, and learn more about Newton’s Laws of Motion. Each student takes home a model rocket that can be flown again with their friends and family. Thank you for enriching science extension education for our students!
