About Okemos, Nita says, “I have truly enjoyed teaching at Okemos High School for my entire teaching career thus far. As with any profession, there are always going to be highs and lows, good times and tough times. However, the overwhelming majority of my experience with students, parents, administrators and colleagues has been positive and supportive thus far and for that I am truly grateful.”

Thank you Nita for all you do and congratulations on your award!
