Holocaust Storyteller - Chippewa - May 2018

Chippewa students had the chance to learn WWII history through a moving personal story, as told by Michigan resident and professional storyteller Judy Sima Storyteller. Ms. Sima shared the personal experience of her parents who escaped Nazi Germany and moved to the United States in 1941, as well as the story of her grandparents and uncle, who perished in Auschwitz. Thank you, Chippewa Librarian Cyndi Webster, 8th grade teacher Kelly Cesar, and the rest of the 8th grade teaching staff for coordinating this memorable experience for our students.
