is an Okemos alum (Class of 1965) and a grandparent of current Okemos students. A graduate of MSU, he spent a career in the financial services field, retiring in 2004 as CEO of Luccasse, Ellis, Inc. He has held board positions with both the Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and the Leonard Falcone International Euphonium and Tuba Festival. Rod has been active in organizing class reunions and is looking forward to helping other Okemos alumni connect with each other and with their alma mater through his involvement in the Okemos Alumni Association. He enjoys international travel with his wife, Cassie (their first date was to a concert at Okemos High School). Rod served as Alumni Chair of the OEF from 2015-2018.
