Tammy Deppong has enjoyed being a volunteer at Cornell, Kinawa and Chippewa schools, and with the Okemos Music Patrons and Okemos Band Boosters. Tammy and husband Greg (both proud Spartan Alums) moved to Okemos in 1995 after Greg got a job at MSU. Tammy and Greg picked Okemos due to its reputation for excellent schools! They have 3 children, grades 7th, 11th and 12th attending Okemos Public Schools. Tammy currently works part time and in her free time enjoys leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and volunteering where needed. She has chaired the Okemos Music Patrons Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser for the past two years; you’ll see her there again on March 4, 2016.
