2010 Award Nomination Forms

The 2010 Commitment to Excellence, Special Recognition, Alumni Award, and Volunteer Award nomination forms are now available (see printable .pdf forms below) and will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 18th.

Recipients of these awards will be recognized during the annual OEF Awards Banquet on Wednesday, November 17, 2010.

Commitment to Excellence honorees receive a commemorative plaque and a $1,000 cash grant.

Thank you for helping recognize excellence in the Okemos Public Schools community!
