The 2011 Commitment to Excellence, Special Recognition, Alumni Award, and Volunteer Service Award nomination forms are now available (see printable .pdf forms below) and will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 17th.

Recipients of these awards will be recognized during the annual OEF Awards Banquet on November 17, 2011.   

Commitment to Excellence honorees receive a commemorative plaque and a $1,000 cash grant.
